Designer and Project Coordinator

Job Duties:

• Design detailed architectural and interior plans using AutoCAD, Revit, and 2020 Design software.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and design professionals to ensure project feasibility, timely execution, and compliance with building codes and standards.
• Manage materials and finishes, ensuring they meet design requirements and budget constraints.
• Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.
• Revise plans and designs based on client feedback or evolving project requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Interior Design.

Wage:

• $50,000 per year.
